We aim to dispatch all orders within four to six working days (Monday to Friday). We are not responsible and there is no compensation for any delay in delivery if you are not available to collect your order when it arrives. We cannot be held responsible for goods which are not delivered due to an incorrect address.
1. Delivery charges
We currently deliver UK only, but aim to offer worldwide delivery service shortly.
Our delivery charge is £3.99 and should be received within 3-5 working days of shipment.
All orders should be received within 3-5 working days of shipment confirmation.
If you do not receive your order in the above timescale please send us an email and we will make any necessary enquiries with the courier services and will pass on any related information to the customer promptly. Unfortunately not all deliveries are trackable, and in these cases, we will need you to allow 10 working days from dispatch.
If you do not receive your order within these time frames, you have to inform us within 30 days of your order, so we can make any necessary enquires. If your package has been lost in the post, we will give you, at your choice, either a full refund or we can resend the order.
Also if you do not contact us of the non-receipt of your order within the named 30 days of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost items in the post and a refund is not guaranteed.
Returns can be made within 14 days of shipment date. Returns are free of charge and will be refunded if items are faulty or orders have been dispatched incorrectly. All other return charges will be at your expense. If you wish to return any item, please contact our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive instructions and the best method of return. All returns that are due to a change of mind must be in original undamaged packaging ready for resale.
We will refund the order or postage to the card or PayPal account used to originally purchase the order.
