Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or placing an order with Rococoartisan.co.uk, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, which include the Privacy Policy and the Delivery and Returns guide lines. These terms and conditions were created and are maintained by Rococo Artisan.

1. Websites Content

All content found on the website (except user-submitted and linked Pinterest boards) are the property of Rococoartisan.co.uk. The use of our website must only be for lawful reasons and you are not permitted to distribute and/or supply our content without prior written permission from Rococoartisan.co.uk. This means you cannot copy, reproduce, use, modify or share any of our website content for any reason.

2. Products

We always try to give you the most accurate product information and product images. We try our best to faithfully show colour references, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to differences on computer screens and devices. Please use colour references as a guide only. Illustrated packaging may vary.

3. Pricing

All prices on the website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. The price does not include the charge for postage and packaging and will be added to the final total during the checkout process. 4. Promotional and Gift Voucher Codes

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or deals. All codes are advertised as one per customer and only one code can be used per transaction.

Gift Voucher Codes can only be used once and cannot be exchanged to currency. If the final total price is less than the gift voucher code, the difference shall not be paid out or credited in another way. If the final total price is greater than the gift voucher code, the difference must be paid.

5. Orders

On our checkout page you have to agree to the terms and conditions of this document to place an order with Rococoartisan.co.uk. Our Privacy Policy is set out to keep all of your data safe and secure. We confirm that any personal information that you provide to us is held strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Please ensure all given details are correct as this may lead to a delay in the order process.

After placing an order with Rococoartisan.co.uk, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If the given details are not right, you need to inform the Customer Service team immediately at info@rococoartisan.co.uk.

We aim to despatch all orders within three to five working days.

However, if the ordered products are unavailable at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to give you the option to wait until the products are back in stock or a refund.

7. Delivery and Return

We are not responsible and there are no grounds for compensation for any delay in delivery process if you are not available to collect your order when it arrives. Information on delivery (UK only) and returns can be found on our Delivery and Return page.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days or up to the order has been shipped. Please inform our Customer Service team immediately at info@rococoartisan.co.uk. We will refund the order to the card or PayPal account originally used to purchase the order. Once an order has been shipped, any cancellation will be treated as a return

9. Non-Receipt

All orders should be received within 3-5 working days of shipment confirmation.

If you do not receive your order in the above timescale please send us an email and we will make any necessary enquiries with the courier services and will pass on any related information to the customer promptly. Unfortunately not all deliveries are trackable, and in these cases, we will need you to allow 10 working days from dispatch.

If you do not receive your order within these time frames, you have to inform us within 30 days of your order, so we can make any necessary enquires. If your package has been lost in the post, we will give you, at your choice, either a full refund or we can resend the order.

Also if you do not contact us of the non-receipt of your order within the named 30 days of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost items in the post and a refund is not guaranteed.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 22nd March 2017. We may change these terms and conditions at any time without any notice.
